TVRJCF is operated by WVDCR at 400 Abbey Road, Belington, WV 26250. Its published main number is (304) 637-0382, and the official facility page identifies it as the regional jail serving Upshur. Facility contact is not a substitute for the live state search, and a call is not a guaranteed way to receive a photograph.
